Past Events

1. Spirit Sunday, Sept. 25, 2005 - 11AM. All are Welcome! Come to celebrate homecoming in a joyous Mass of the Holy Spirit. Pot luck luncheon to follow the mass. Bring a dish and sit and enjoy the company of new and old friends.

2. All That Jazz! Oct. 8, 2005 - After 5PM Mass. Come and learn about the history of Jazz music with Sr. Mary Cecilia. Enjoy a rhythmic and soulful experience. "It's just a noisy hall where there's a nightly brawl… And ALL THAT JAZZ"

3. Thanksgiving Mass, Nov. 24, 2005 - 9:00 AM. Come to give thanks to God for His many gifts to us! An annual celebration, we give thanks to those who have been a gift to us during the past year. People of faith "Thanking GOD" for his goodness. This mass provides a scope for people to celebrate it in a personal, family, church or community-based way. Non-perishable food will be collected in order to share our many gifts. 

4. World Marriage Day, Feb. 12, 2006 - 10AM. If you were married in St. Pascal's, join us in celebration of the marriages that have taken place over the years in St. Pascal's. A marriage relationship is the most intimate relationship possible on earth. Be proud of it and the joys and sacrifices that have made it strong. Celebrate It! The Breakfast Club also meets after Mass. 

5. Parish Mission, Mar. 25-30, 2006 - A week-long experience of a fresh encounter with the Lord. The goal of a Parish Mission is to link faith and daily life, foster parish community and empower laity for ministry. 

6. Dinner Dance, May 13, 2006 - Join in the celebration of the 75th Anniversary of St. Pascal Baylon Parish at the Immaculate Conception Center, Douglaston, N.Y. Come enjoy an evening of dining, dancing, and celebrating the spirit of St. Pascal Baylon. We are a faithful parish.

7. Family Mass, June 11, 2006 - Former Sisters, Priests, Teachers and parishioners come share a mass that promotes family faith. The reflection of the day is creating and maintaining a Godly multi-generational legacy in our families. 

8. Ministry Day, June 11, 2006 - Our parish is filled with various ministries and activities for parishioner involvement. On this day come and learn more about what makes our parish special.

St. Pascal Baylon is a faith community energized by Eucharistic worship reflecting the roots of all parishioners. We seek to reach out in service to the entire parish and larger community. We seek the formation of all parishioners according to Gospel values. We seek to achieve our goals by responsible stewardship.
