Mao & Mozart Forever!
Responding to the tension building between those wanting more politics and those wanting more art on BAI,
Frank suggested a compromise: "... re-record Chomsky at sub-audio (subliminal) level, layer it under Chopin."

How about: Left channel politics, Other-Channel music?

That way, listeners can pick there needs by adjusting the balance. WBAI could offer headphone switch boxes for Walkman uses: flip it left, you get talk, flip it the other way, you get music.
NOTE: I do not use "right", that is part of the culture of right-ness uses to address Left-Handed Americans (the LHA community).

Is this technically possible? Great!

To totally screen the left channel sound from the right, etc.? You may have hit on the perfect solution to BAI's schizoid conundrum. Yes, yes! Politics all day on the left channel and culture and self help programming on the right! Chris, I take back what I said about you and the lake. This is great.
Let's start on the slogans now:
- BAI Left - BAI Right. Bread and Roses at the same time all the time!
- BAI Left - BAI Right. Mao & Mozart Forever!
- BAI Left - BAI Right. Stereo for the masses and the upper classes!
